Our Shop

R&D’s reconditioning shop is capable of taking old, run-down, out of service, not so perfect machines and turning them into completely functional reconditioned units to OEM specifications.

A complete reconditioning facility is located on R&D’s premises. We also sell used equipment on an “as is” basis.

In order to help our customers determine the condition of purchased equipment we can provide the following services for a nominal charge:

• Power wash cleaning.

• Sandblasting.

• Disassemble.

• Priming & Painting.

• Welding with plasma cutter.

• Basic metal fabrication; i.e. supports, guards, etc.

• Parts replacement / installation

• Rotation and test running .

For our customers who wish to have their equipment fully reconditioned and do not wish to undertake the project management themselves. We provide complete reconditioning services in our 20,000 sq. ft. shop. We are capable of completely rebuilding most types of processing equipment.

In addition we can provide new drive systems and PLC controls systems customized to your process equipment requirements.
