Insta Pro Extruder 2000

The Insta‑Pro 2000 Extruder is a high‑performance, versatile extrusion system designed for soybean processing, mechanical oil extraction, and high‑value feed ingredient production. Each unit includes the extruder barrel, main worm shaft assembly, 125 HP / 575V motor, and LCD control panel, and was previously used to extrude soybeans. As Insta‑Pro’s most popular model, the 2000 can run independently or be paired with an Insta‑Pro press to produce ExPress® meal, or equipped with steam preconditioners to make textured proteins, pet food, or specialty feed ingredients. With capacities ranging from 1,300–3,840 lbs/hr, it’s ideal for oilseed processors, feed mills, protein plants, and operations seeking cost‑effective, solvent‑free production.
