The Flo-More High-Efficiency Insulated Stainless-Steel Vertical Steam Chests come in standard designs to meet the Flaking Mill’s throughput capacity or custom fabricated to fit your unique diameter, height and retention time requirements to produce optimally steam conditioned grains prior to Flaking. Starch gelatinization is achieved by injecting regulated live steam for 15-60 min. retention time, depending on application.
