Bliss Live Steam Vessels – Conditioner

This conditioner offers high velocity with low steam addition, excellent moisture absorption, and temperature increase with optimized mixing and retention times. Maximize conditioning/mixing for steam, water, and other liquids with Single or stacked configurations. Unit includes a main agitator shaft with removable, pre-placed paddles/picks for retention time control. This unit uses live steam injected into the conditioning chamber to achieve the moisture level and temperature. Conditioners are used as part of pellet mills for Animal Feed, Fertilizer or Wood Chip Industries.
