CPM Pellet Mill

Designed for continuous operation and manufactured in extra-heavy construction. Pellet mills consist of a pelleting chamber with a pellet die, roll assemblies, and cutter knives (to determine pellet length), where compaction occurs. Includes main gear case with precision gears and a direct-connected motor from 30HP up to 500HP depending on capacity and product being processed. A main shaft with heavy-duty bearings is also installed on each pellet mill to ensure proper performance with low maintenance and minimal wear-parts replacement.
