Andritz Pellet Mill

Designed for continuous operation and manufactured in extra-heavy construction. Pellet mills consist of a pelleting chamber with a pellet die, roll assemblies, and cutter knives (to determine pellet length), where compaction occurs. Includes a main gear case with precision gears and a direct-connected motor from 30 HP to 500 HP, depending on capacity and the product being processed. A main shaft with heavy-duty bearings is also installed on each pellet mill to ensure proper performance with minimal maintenance or wear-parts replacement.
