Dupps Pre-Breaker

This machine pre-breaks large pieces without preliminary cut-up and handles up to 40 tons per hour with high rotor torque for a broad range of materials with a solid forged steel rotor in three styles; replaceable anvils feature high-strength alloy steel on both grinding and wiper sides of the rotor the anvils can be rotated 180º to provide a new cutting edge; heavy-duty, double-row tapered roller bearings, motor and belt drive are connected to a triple-reduction gear reducer that is directly coupled to the main shaft with a gear-type coupling. The entire unit, including drive, is mounted on an extra-heavy, square tubing under frame.
