A 7 Stage Lint Cleaner for extra-large capacity with a reclaim section for high secondary lint recovery. Super-fast twin-screw auger mounted below upper reclaim section. The new design Auger eliminates product from building up in the hopper and allows for quick removal of fiber and other impurities. Beater screens mounted in track screen design for quick change and ease of maintenance. No secondary sub-frame “drawer” required. Clean, rugged design with heavy structural construction for smooth operation. This is a non-self-cleaning machine. Offers total control of bran, meats, and other oily by-products removed from the lint stream.
