CPM Live Steam Vessels – Conditioner –

This conditioner offers a high velocity with low steam addition, an excellent moisture absorption and temperature increase with optimized mixing and retention times. Maximize conditioning/mixing for steam, water and other liquids with Single or stacked configurations. Unit includes a main agitator shaft with removable and pre-placed paddle/picks for retention time control. This unit uses live steam injected into the conditioning chamber to achieve the moisture level and temperature.
Conditioners are used a s part of pellet mills for Animal Feed, Fertilizer or Wood Chip Industries.
