Descripción

A steam-jacketed vessel is a container designed to control the temperature of its contents by using a heating “jacket” around the vessel through which steam is circulated. The jacket is a cavity external to the vessel that permits uniform heat exchange between the steam circulating in it and the walls of the vessel. The unit includes a main agitator shaft with paddles and a special vent to use the unit as a pressure cooker. Used for the Rendering Industry.
