Belt-o-Matic Roaster Cooler

BNW’s Belt-o-matic custom-built horizontal conveyor dryer, cooler and roaster top air chamber produces an even airflow across the product bed without air-adjusting baffles or balancing fans, while its bottom air chamber produces a high airflow for drying at the wet end of the product flow. With the dryer, airflow doesn’t need balancing for changes in product thickness, resident time, size, capacity or other factors; only air volume, which is controlled with a frequency drive, needs adjusting.
